Rick Grosvenor for Mallee
My name is Rick Grosvenor, and I am a farmer from the Mallee in north-west Victoria. I’m passionate about implementing the revised Bradfield Scheme and investing in water infrastructure to ensure better reliability and affordability for irrigators in my electorate.
I am advocating for incentives to increase number number of general practitioners throughout the electorate and to entice specialists to visit regional areas on a regular basis so that people who are unwell do not have to travel long distances or be subjected to long waiting times for appointments.
Mobile blackspots are still a problem in this electorate and need to be addressed urgently, as does the inequality of internet access via NBN satellite that allows only small amounts of data for exorbitant prices. I would also like to see tax incentives for businesses to relocate from city areas to ensure we have the growing employment base to attract the best and brightest to our electorate.
I'm proud to be standing for Fraser Anning's Conservative National Party and I fully support the party's policies.
